​Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, although our preferred method of ordering is via the website or by e-mail, to help prevent any errors with your order.

Where can I collect my order?

Please specify if you would like to collect from the Le Quesne's Nurseries, St Saviour store or the Queen's Road, St Helier store. MVM collections will be from the Queen's Road store.

Can you deliver?

If you make an order over £20, we can deliver Islandwide for free if you wish.

 

Deliveries depend on when the orders are made which will mean varying delivery days. Some may be timed just right so that delivery can be made the same day, but this is not always a given. To give you an idea, Town deliveries will be every day (except Wednesday), and most often East on a Monday and Friday and West on a Tuesday and Thursday. Please contact The Pet Cabin on 728041 for further details on deliveries if needed.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal, cash or card payments.

What if my product goes out of stock?

We try our best to fulfil every order placed. On the odd ocasion a product is out of stock once payment has been made, we will e-mail you about the situation and try to arange a solution.
